Wondering what V02max is?

Quite simply, V02max is the maximum rate of oxygen consumption measured during exercise of increasing intensity.
“V” = volume, “O2” = oxygen, and “max” = maximum. Maximal oxygen consumption reflects cardiorespiratory fitness and endurance capacity in exercise performance.
